Reservoir Photo Set

A set of 31 black and white self portraits, shot on 35mm film in my studio in Manchester. Images show from the middle thigh upwards, with some cropped closer to show just the head and torso.

I've been reading Rick Rubin lately, and one of his reflections is "We have a reservoir of ideas that’s always in motion. Your job as an artist is to get quiet enough to hear them.”

So I've chosen to title this set Reservoir, as they are moments that have risen quietly from within
